Anne Arundel Urology Offices

­­North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Anne Arundel Urology Office renovation. The practice is located in the Weems Creek Medical Facility in Annapolis, Maryland. The two-story building hosts multiple Physician, Medical Specialists, and Laboratory Practices who treat patients of varying ages and levels of health. Prior to the renovation, the practice was in need of more space to handle the increase in clients.

The project goal aimed to provide incoming patients, doctors, and facility care specialists with a superior health facility. Designated areas on the first and second floor went through complete demolition. All new mechanical, electrical, medical gas, and emergency power generator systems were installed.

With the completely open space, the first floor was reconfigured to hold three offices, a staff lounge, waiting area, storage areas, staff lockers and changing area, 7 procedure rooms, operating room, single-use restrooms, a nurse station, and 5 pediatric recovery areas.

The second floor consists of several cubicle offices, conference work areas, a staff lounge, reception area, storage space, 13 exam rooms, urology testing lab, single-use restrooms, and a waiting area.
